Intensive Training
Our operators are carefully selected and trained to provide prompt, friendly, professional service. Candidates are selected for voice quality and professionalism and then must pass a series of tests to confirm typing speed and accuracy of message taking. Once hired trainees receive from two to three months of training with a heavy emphasis on personalized coaching and mentoring. When released from training our operators are ready to provide friendly, high quality service to you and your callers.
Cutting Edge Technology
Operators rely on the OnviCall system, designed specifically for answering services, to do their job accurately and efficiently. When the system delivers a call to an operator the answer phrase and client screen for the account is automatically displayed. Operators can take a message, provide information, or try to reach one or more people on the account. Client scripts and the message forms are completely customizable allowing our operators to work calls the way you want them to be worked.
We are Always Available!
All equipment needed to answer your calls is powered by an uninterruptible power supply backed up by a natural gas fired generator; we can run indefinitely without outside electricity! All critical servers have redundant power supplies and mirrored disks and our SQL database is automatically backed up every two hours. We also have a backup telephone switch which allows us to handle calls in the event that our primary system should fail.
